I was looking for a neutral quilt to put on a porch bed where grandkids will sleep when they're here, and where we can sit on the porch when they're not. This quilt is perfect. It's light enough for summer use, but can be layered with additional blankets in the cold. Very pretty and soft to the touch. Exactly what I was looking for in a 100% cotton quilt. As someone else mentioned, the sham is quite large, but I filled it up by purchasing another cheap, standard size pillow and now it looks great.
